Unless otherwise stated, Liz Swaminathan Design LLC DBA LSD Studio and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not:

  • Republish material from the LSD Studio website

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the LSD Studio website

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the LSD Studio website

  • Redistribute content from the LSD Studio website

Copyright Protection

All images, project photographs, drawings, and design work displayed on this website are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Liz Swaminathan Design LLC DBA LSD Studio. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Pick-up & Delivery

Pick-up Items may be picked up from our gallery in Downtown Austin by appointment. Please contact gallery@lsdstudio.com to schedule a pick-up time. Bring a copy of your order confirmation. Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase unless other arrangements are made.

Local Delivery

Downtown Austin

  • Small objects, candles, games: Complimentary

  • Ceramics, bags, textiles: Complimentary

  • Stone objects, lighting: $25

  • Furniture: Custom quote

Greater Austin

  • Small objects, candles, games: $15

  • Ceramics, bags, textiles: $25

  • Stone objects, lighting: $50

  • Furniture: Custom quote

Delivery is to the front door or lobby and does not include installation. For lighting and other pieces requiring installation, we work with a trusted installation team and can provide a quote upon request.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally via insured carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. All items are professionally packed.

For large or fragile pieces, we work with specialized art and furniture shippers and will provide a custom quote. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery of oversized items.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Due to the nature of collectible design—limited editions, handmade works, and pieces built to order—all sales of furniture, lighting, and commissioned work are considered final.

Exchanges

For bags and leather goods, textiles, decorative objects, candles, games, ceramics, and stone objects in their original, new, and unused condition, we offer exchanges in the form of gallery credit within 14 days of receipt.

Damages

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gallery@lsdstudio.com with photos of the damage and your delivery receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund of the purchase price and shipping costs if applicable.

Commissions & Custom Work

All commissioned and made-to-order pieces are final sale upon approval of the design. No cancellations or refunds can be accepted once production has begun.
