Location: Austin, TX (hybrid: onsite, in-studio, and remote)

We’re seeking a Junior Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent taste, a strong eye for craftsmanship and materials, and the technical precision to translate design into detail. This role combines creative development with client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site as-builts and field verification

• Develop spatial layouts and Revit models

• Build material palettes and finish schedules rooted in craftsmanship

• Support design presentations and renderings

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors

• Attend client meetings and local site visits

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in architecture or interior design

• Proficiency in Revit (required); AutoCAD/SketchUp a plus

• Creative and driven, with excellent taste and attention to detail

• Comfortable meeting with clients and traveling locally

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related field preferred
